DELHI - Eric A. Black, 37, of Walton, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury June 6 and charged with two counts of fourth-degree larceny, accused of stealing two guns locked inside a storage case in his mother’s private residence.
Black is alleged to have stolen a Ruger LCP and a Smith & Wesson 9mm handgun on May 12 in Walton.
Black has not yet been arraigned on the charges.
