Women sentenced to prison for drug possession

DELHI - Marissa Peck, 28, Andes, was sentenced to five years in prison to be followed by two years parole following a guilty plea to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in Delaware County Court Monday, June 10.

Peck admitted to possessing a narcotic drug with the intent to sell it in the village of Delhi.

Other cases:

Jessica Lopez, 29, Sidney, was sentenced to six years in prison to be followed by two years of parole. Lopez previously pleaded guilty to possessing fentanyl in the village of Sidney on Feb. 27 with the intent to sell it.
