William C. Johnson passed away on Aug. 23, 2024 from cancer complications. He was 82 years old.
He is survived by his wife Judy, son Charles, daughter-in-law Claudia, sisters Francine Horskins and Nancy Hoag, and several nieces and nephews.
He was employed by New York State Electric and Gas Co. for 32 years. He was the manager of the Walton office from 1982 to 1995. He became an HR manager in Geneva before retiring in 1997.
He and Judy have been spending their winters in Tucson, Arizona.
